Winter Solstice Market

Join us for a two-day indoor holiday market featuring 40 carefully selected arts, crafts, and food vendors at two locations near Winterset Courthouse Square: the restored Winterset Livery, at 116 S. 1st Avenue, and the newly renovated Warehouse on 2nd (formerly the Grip-Tite building), at 213 N. 2nd Avenue.

Take in the sights, sounds, and scents of the season as you shop for handcrafted gifts for everyone on your list. The Winter Solstice Market brings together 40 local artisans offering unique, handmade goods. It was named “Best Holiday Market in Iowa” by Food & Wine and recognized by Midwest Living as one of the “Best Christmas Markets and Craft Fairs in the Midwest.”

As you stroll between the Winterset Livery and the Warehouse on 2nd, take time to explore the wonderful locally owned shops around our historic Courthouse Square!

Don't miss Spoons Full of Sugar and Evergreen & Lilly, located just a short distance south of the Square on John Wayne Drive.
