Madison County Fair

Bring the whole family for events and activities, livestock and pet shows, grandstand events, contests, carnival rides and games, food, and much more! The Madison County Fair runs Wednesday, July 17th-Sunday, July 21st at the Madison County Fairgrounds in Winterset. This year's free entertainment includes Tumbleweed Crossing by Lagniappe Productions, who will present their renowned Wild West Comedy Gunfight Shows, and Amusement Associates bring their 40 years of carnival experience to the Madison County Fair, including mechanical rides, rock wall, and games. The fun continues with side-by-side races, a rodeo, circle track mud run, and a mud bog. Of course, there's plenty of fair food and exhibitions!
